A. dear parent, a weight of 9 kg is a normal weight for your baby at the age of 11+ months of age. You should feed at least 4 times a day more than 1/2 Katori per meal and give a snack in between morning options: dry fruit or nuts milk, upma, Idli, dosa, stuffed paratha, porridge later: fruit lunch: roti soaked in dal and vegetable , soft dal rice with vegetables, curd rice, vegetable daliya, vegetable khichadi later: milk, fruit evening: finger foods like vegetables cutlets, bread with peanut butter, cucumber sticks, fruit dinner : any items like lunch avoid highly mashed and blender foods as child will not learn to eat resulting in future feeding problems.
