Q.

#asktheexpert my daughters upper 4 teeths have started to become yellowish/ stained , she is 19 months now. I am not using any fluoride paste , how can we get rid of her teeth stains ???

A. hello sir it is better to visit a dentist regarding this as he or she might be able to guide you better after checking the teeth of your kid the stains on the teeth can be due to the iron supplements if you are giving any to your kid

A. hi is your child is taking iron medicine? if yes then stains are normal. but if not then it is kind of cavity. please brush your child teeth with low flouride toothpaste twice in a day. avoid giving sticky and sugary food. keep your child well hydrated avoid giving RO water give sunbath for 20 minutes a day
