#asktheexpert my daughter weight is 14 she is not gain weight , she is active only , according to food she having ok. shall I change or add something for her

A. you can start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child otherwise weight is good

A. Start with a multivitamin and iron supplement maybe even after eating recent amount of food the child is not gaining weight so this is going to support the system of the child will help in reducing deficiencies and increasing appetiteWrite Your Answer Here
