ITs Less as per the age of your child as 3.2 is approximately 15 or 16 KG would be an ideal weight at this age and that to completely depends on the height of the child and genetics of the child so if your child is eating well then slowly gradually over the period your child will gain weight but as of now I would say it’s quite underweight in general
