namrataMom of 2 children4 years agoA. sometimes it happens because of ur kid nature ...is he hyperactive or in a stress....if he is taking all nutrition food and even then not growing ..then check his mental health ...try to keep him happy and secure ... avoid food while watching tv....and keep hydrated. avoid junk food .. icecream..etc
POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Try and include a variety of different protein containing foods such as lean meats, fish, baked beans, eggs, pulses, peas and lentils. Children should aim to have protein at least twice a day. old should be offered either semi skimmed or skimmed milk, and should aim to have dairy foods three times a day.
