#asktheexpert my daughter sometimes complains about pain in her heels. it is mild but she feels uncomfortable and doesn't keep her heel on ground. what could be the reason and solution?

A. Actually it is called growth pain which is commonly seen with kids from the age of 3 1/2 years onwards it is an entire leg that can hurt sometimes it’s only heal so you should make sure to massage the feet of your child regularly before sleeping and start with vitamin D and calcium supplement for at least three months for your child
