A. this may be a skin problem and superficial layer of the skin which needs appropriate emollients therapy better to consult skin specialist doctor for the same you can use coconut oil cold cream Vaseline etc

A. hello mom if skin is extremely dry then rather than using lotions you should use heavy cream of any good brand available in the market like pigeon or Himalaya or mama Earth sebeamed dove mother care Babyhug if you want to go natural then you can apply coconut oil or almond oil after using any soap
