ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello! Child's weakness in terms of strength, stamina and immunity is because of their poor eating habits. Kid's nutritional requirements are not getting fulfilled and hence they seem weak.
Please give your child balanced meals including - curd, sprouts, dals, ragi, potato & tubers, fresh seasonal fruits and leafy veggies, nuts, paneer.
Try fun and new recipes like dry fruit milkshake, fruit yoghurt, aloo tikki, paneer frankie, sprout dosa, ragi pancake etc.

how you conclude?
is your child having low weight?
is she feel exhausted easily ?
if yes then I advise to give high energy diet like green veggies , fresh fruits especially banana, apple , papaya, avacado , dates etc.
give milk and milk based products like paneer, curd, ghee, butter etc
