#AskTheExpert My baby is 17 months old but she seems underweight and weak. She also does not eat enough in a day. I give here indian bread mixed with milk and cerelac everyday. Sometimes Fruits also 3 Times in a weak. What more diets should I plan to make here healthy and strong.

A. Jowar makes bones strong and helps to gain good weight. ragi mudde with rasam or any soup. Boiled egg – boiled eggs have more nutrition than scrambled eggs. So try serving boiled egg with mild flavorings like pepper, cumin powder, ajwain and salt.
