#AskTheExpert My daughter seems little fragile and not so physically strong. what activities and food can help to make her strong

A. Hello mom by now the child can be given us usual family foods now , no much restrictions. As such for them , give them a balanced diet with foods from various food groups such as cereals like rice C roti , oats., also millets like ragi etc. . Seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts as well are good , variety of dals , chana , rajma etc , egg , fish if preferred , Also you can give milk , panner , ghee ,

A. Giving proper dry fruits to the child good amount of protein-based diet dry fruits are very important proteins are very important vegetarian non-vegetarian both can be included also I would strongly recommend you to go ahead with giving or any good supplement like zincovit for the child at least for two months
