#asktheexpert My daughter's top central incissors and bottom lateral incissors have fallen off..her bottom central incissors had fallen off before she turned 5 and the new teeth came before the old teeth fell off..now my question is how much time does the top central incissors take to come as it's been already a month? Thanks

A. Hi usually within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth permanent teeth erupts. consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination of your kids teeth
