#AskTheExpert my daughter's hair started falling..its not too much but I see few strands every wash since 2 weeks..what shud I do

A. To reduce hairfall, include protein and vitamin rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water and other fluids like fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Massage scalp with coconut or olive or almond oil once a week and wash with mild shampoo and lukewarmwater. Do not use heat or chemical treatments. Do not comb wet hair. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
