#asktheexpert my daughter pranavi is 4 years old. his voice not clear. he speaks with very efforts. his voice from throat out by too efforts.

A proper evaluation is required regarding this so it is more favourable to take guidance with your local doctor and accordingly you will be befinited with the best anhd in a proper manner. If any more fqueries you can take online consultation also.

I Believe there could be some speech issue with your child which is why this may be happening in this case I can only advise you to consult a speech therapist ones regarding the same they would be able to give you a correct diagnosis after assessing your child well enough
