Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter is very lean. weighs 19 kgs. she doesn't like to eat any leafy vegetables, carrots, dry fruits etc.but rice items, non veg, breakfast like idly, dosa etc she eats well. how to improve her weight?

A. weight is ok. gi e protein roch food. Ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mangi, custard apple will help to increase weight . gd
