#asktheexpert my daughter is underweight so I want to make her healthy what should I feed her

A. give small frequent meals add ghee to every meal good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and the child is active than it is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet which will help in the growth of the child and absolutely nothing to worry about
