Disha BagadiaMom of a 4 yr 7 m old child4 years agoA. Hey mom, Ideal weight at 1 year is 3 times of birth weight or 10 kgs. A little up and down is ok if the baby is active and eating well. For his growth, you need to give him a balanced meal which includes carbohydrates, proteins and fats along with vitamins and minerals.
