#AskTheExpert My daughter is under weight ..she is 2 yrs old. her weight is now 9 kg ..pls give some advice sir

A. Dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your daughter, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Give 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add nuts like almonds to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 5 to 6 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
