#asktheexpert my daughter is two year old whenever i try to potty train her she holds her body for about 4hour.every time she have pressure and run to the bathroom she hols it .she only do potty in her underwear.can u plz tell me how do i potty train her as she holds her potty and urine for so long ?

Try to encourage your baby to use the wash room by giving smileys, stars and other encouraging things o the hand. Appreciate and acknowledge your child’s efforts. Gulf your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day.
