A. Hello, your baby girl is 8 months old and her Hb is 8.1 gms so it’s very less than normal so give her green vegetables soup and black dates and jaggary and tonoferon drops 1 ml daily once till the Hb raises upto 13/15 gms

A. Hi parent Both mom and child should take iron rich food as well as vitamin c rich food. Don't use RO water as it's demineralized Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 please verify if she's not having worm infection If it's there deworming is necessary Give her more dry fruits and probiotics Citrus fruit will give vitamin C
