#AskTheExpert My daughter is not ready vegetables but she is like to eat fruits and she is always complaining that she is having pain in ankles. Please suggest

A. You can start calcium supplement like Osteocalcium for two months and then stop giving to the child and try to add vegetables in her diet and try giving stuffed parantha and mix veg pulao

A. Fruits are very healthy so give good food to the child as many as your child likes to have But vegetables have their own place so try to incorporate into the fold of your child some way or the other and also would like to tell you that ankle pain has got nothing to do with it you have to consult your doctor
