A. you have to be firm consistent and patient explain to child father or other family member can help with feeding and putting child to sleep build a bedtime routine that does not revolve around breastfeeding for example read a story sing a lullaby ,rub child's back Show your love in other ways

A. hi do it gradually i mean,first, understand your child feeding pattern and hunger cues then try to offer food before your child ask for feeding
