#AskTheExpert My Daughter is not having the Food and ignored all the time, from few days, she was not able to discharge motion, when she does it try she cries alot and can't do motion, If she do only like a stone type. please let us know what to do.

it means that your child is having constipation
so , please keep her well hydrated.
give food items like spinach soup, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
give juice of soaked Black raisins daily in morning.
