#asktheexpert my daughter is not gaining weight even though she is eating her share of food everyday..please help

A. Include foods like full fat dairy products, cream cheese, mayonnaise, or puddings made from milk. Consult with your doctor for Vitamin A, C and D supplements that can be given to your kid. Offer healthy snacks like peanut butter crackers, cereal bars etc. Give fresh fruit juices. Potatoes, olive oil, bananas, nuts like walnuts, almonds, cashews, peanuts, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds, eggs, jaggery, avocados, fruits and vegetables increase weight of the child.
