#asktheexpert My baby's not gaining weight. she's eating properly though

A. hi dear mom, to gain baby's weight. follow certain step 1- Give small and frequent meal in interval of two to three. 2- You need to add desi ghee drops in most baby's meal 3- add energy dense food in babys meal like nuts, paneer, aloo, banana, cheese, white butter etc

A. Long, short, thin, or chubby — babies come in all shapes and sizes. While society may send a message that your lil' nugget has to have rolls of baby fat to be healthy, this isn't really true. As long as they're meeting developmental milestones, are alert and active, and are feeding well, you likely don't need to worry.
