give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.
Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with your question please try to avoid store-bought phones they not healthy it's OK to give it occasionally during an emergency while traveling what you can do it is not having right that is fine you will look for other alternative like the Roti or daliya etc.
