#AskTheExpert My daughter is not eating anything if we don't force her to eat.. She NVR says that I am hungry or i want something to eat. One day we have not given her anything from morning till afternoon still she haven't asked for food. Pls advise how to deal with this.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom it’s fine at times .. just keep her well hydrated and that’s important, offer her some fruits or soup or coconut water ..
make sure she is involved in some form of physical activity as well, involve her in kitchen give her some age appropriate activities such as sorting , serving etc present the food in different ways to her
