#AskTheExpert My daughter is not at all eating rice items even if we try to make her ear with varieties of food. She eats only if the food/any item which is sweet. Please let me know how to make her eat rice items as eating sweet item is not good for her.

A. Hi i understand. Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given give her different foods and some easy foods
