#AskTheExpert My Daughter is having cough from 15 dec evening. Before that she was having cold and running nose and I gave her montair LC for kids, t-minic and azythirol syrup. Now she is taking Alex junior syrup only from yeasterday for cough. Do I need to change medicine or continue it? She is recovering slowly

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. so for. Cold and cough is a seasonal manifestation of viral common cold mostly and it s very common . Best to give steam and also protect baby with wollens . Take flu vaccine yearly for protection from flu . See a doctor if fever
