A. this is just a habit in your child which can be changed. you can either divert the child or you fcan talk with the child to change the habit. many times by regular negative feedback mechanism you will be unable to change the habit of the child. you can takfe help of your pediatrician as well as clinical psychologist

A. Hi mom Chewing nails is very much common in kids and does not require any specific treatment. This is just a habit. Just distract ur child from doing so. U can apply garlic juice or neem juice on the nails . The bitter taste of this will discourage to bite nails
