it is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not 
and to know if child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite.

offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child

give plenty of water to drink and juice extracted from fruits which actxs as natural appetizer
if the child is not allergic then you can add dry fruit powder as well as ghee to the diet which will help in improving the calorie and protein in the diet.

Do abdominal stretching  exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy 
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
