Is it a matter of concern if baby's head shape is uneven and anterior fontanelle is wide as per her age. Also teething has not started yet although baby is 10 months old now

A. that is need to investigate vitamin d3 and calcium levels. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
