#AskTheExpert my Daughter is always complaining about legs paining..whenever she plays little extra with her cousins she has this complaine .i understand that her legs are week ..what diet and precautions should be taken to strengthen her legs

A. Hello mom it’s quite common among children now a days , calcium and vitamin D is quite essential , make sure at times you massage the child leg well and expose her to morning sunlight when ever possible it would be very helpful as well .. in diet healthy options such as seasonal fruits and vegetables, lentils and legumes, eggs , milk, panner etc cereals and millets
