#asktheexpert My daughter is almost 6 month old but doesn’t show any interest in solid food. When we feed something via spoon she tries to suck spoon instead of taking a bite. Is it common? Can we do something to teach her how to eat from spoon?

Its Absolutely normal because your child is only used to sucking things which is why instead of taking food your child may be thinking of sucking the school also so try to give more of liquid consistency so that your child can easily have it because the food is actually just going to go straight into the mouth so try to go for a liquid consistency as of now
