A. 9 to12month diet: it is important to give diet made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to the child at the age. the minimum diet to be given is half a katori that is around 100 ml 3 times per day made from cereals pulses vegetables. half katori twice daily from fruits and milk to be continued at this age also milk consist of 70x% of the diet so no need to rush much upon the food. homemade diet is better compared to readymade processed baby foodx. also fruits and juices can be added and you can add dry fruits powder also.
