#AskTheExpert My daughter is 7months old , she is having milk at 10pm and sleeping , should we wake up her in between for giving milk or once she wake up then we can give food or milk , she is sleeping for 9 to 10 hours continuosly

A. Your baby does not need to feed during the night. Most babies wake up at night because they are used to eating, but they do not need the nighttime calories to grow properly. If you are breast-feeding, try nursing from just one side at night, to decrease the amount of milk your baby gets from nighttime feedings.
