#AskTheExpert my daughter is 7 years old but her weight is just 16. I have tried so many things but her weight is still not increased. What should I do?

A. Yeah weight is low. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy.
