#AskTheExpert my Daughter is 7 month old and her teeths are developing now due to which she is too much cranky this days. she is crying intermittently now a days. please advise if pacifier can help?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. no please do not introduce any kind of pacifiers to your baby instead use silicone teether for your child to chew on them as that will relieve the pain in the gums and also are not habit forming.
you can occasionally give paracetamol if your child is having severe pain

you can provide relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth by gently massaging the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day
