#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, my baby is 10 months 4 weeks old. From past 4 days she is not taking any food..and looking only for milk. Her teeths are also developing. I m little bother about her fooding. Please Suggest

yes during teething phase kids suffer from loss of appetite due to itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth.
try to give whatever food your baby is liking to avoid any nutritional deficiencies..this condition will subside after the eruption process of teeth.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. When a baby is teething, his gums are red and swollen and he might not like eating because of irritation. Gently massage his gums with your clean finger or with a cold and clean washcloth. Offer soft foods so it becomes easy for the child. You can also give a solid and cold but not frozen teething ring to the baby to chew on.
