#AskTheExpert My daughter is 6 months old, she sleeps for 5 to 6 hrs at a stretch at nights, should I wake her up for feeding?

A. since your baby is now 6 months 5 to 6 hours continuous gap is okay no need to wake up her and give feeding at night only when baby demands and during daytime include water Rice Water and dal water had starting and slowly move on for Semi solid food

A. Your baby does not need to feed during the night. Most babies wake up at night because they are used to eating, but they do not need the nighttime calories to grow properly. If you are breast-feeding, try nursing from just one side at night, to decrease the amount of milk your baby gets from nighttime feedings.
