A. Hello dear parent! Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Give 3 large portions and 2 small snacks in a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
