Q.

#asktheexpert my daughter is 6.5 month old nd yet no teething.. how to enhance the process of teething bcoz she feels very discomfort also..

A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor. there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occurr as late as 16 to 18 months of age also. so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side

A. Hello dear parent! Teething might continue until 18 months in few babies. Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething symptoms. Use Babyhug teethers for your baby
