#AskTheExpert My daughter is 56 days old. She cries a lot in the evening. My mother in law and my mother says that my eating habit is affecting my breast milk. Does se spicy food affects my breastfeeding baby?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops.
other reasons could be nasal blockrrage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
