Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies Start semi solids only from 6 month onwards Once a day and gradually start two times a day depending on digestion capability. because below 6 months Babies can't digest solids breast feed or formula feed is enough give frequent feeds every two hours and also on demand.
