Yes definetly she can eat that , infact it is healthy and good protein source as well. if th e child is able to digest it well

Yes one 1 egg per day is good enough to be given to the child you can give it in different varieties you can also make it anda Paratha or sandwich or something you know so this way your child is going to have a different kind of recipes and enjoyable food as well
