#AskTheExpert my daughter is 35 days old...since last 2 days she is having fever...fever goes when we give her combiflam syrup...but it comes back...CBC was done...hemoglobin is 8.3...IV antibiotics and NS is started since 2 days...CRP is 11 and USG is normal

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. at present continue the medicines given by the doctor Fever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit

Hi parent I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
