My daughter is 8yrs old. Doctor gave her 1/2 tablet combiflam for fever. Its almost 8hrs and her fever is increasing can i proceed with Paracetamol syrup

A. Ma’am you can repeat paracetamol every six hours and combiflame is basically a painkiller only why your doctor had given that I’m not very certain about it but yes you should give paracetamol in case of doubt you can confirm with the Dr which is the best that you should start with
