#asktheexpert my daughter is 3 yr old nd she don't eat any vegetables. she just puke it out what shall I do? she is not gaining weight. very much tensed please guide

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for vegetables you must boil and mash the vegetables and mix in atta and make a dough. This will be beneficial for her and she can eat on regular basis.
Also you can give vegetable soup. It Will do the same job.
