#AskTheExpert My daughter is 2yr 9months old. Her weight is 10kg now and height is not that much. Should i give her any food supplements like complain, junior horlicks, pediasure, nangrow etc. for better growth and height and which one is better? Currently she is taking a multivitamin syrup called Nutramide as suggested by a doctor.
