Q.

My daughter is 2yr 9months old. Her weight is 10kg now and height is not that much. Should i give her any food supplements like complain, junior horlicks, pediasure, nangrow etc. for better growth and height and which one is better? Currently she is taking a multivitamin syrup called Nutramide as suggested by a doctor.

A. add figs in diet

A. hi mam, height and weight both stays in proportion. and height mostly determined by genetics. so please don't take much stress for this. please don't compare your child with others. for better growth ,give multigrain food , green veggies, fresh fruits more encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling, stretching, jumping etc
