Q.

My daughter is 2yr 9months old. Her weight is 10kg now and height is not that much. Should i give her any food supplements like complain, junior horlicks, pediasure, nangrow etc. for better growth and height and which one is better? currently she is taking a multivitamin syrup called Nutramide as suggested by a doctor.

A. U First check is your child really eating well or not because that’s one of the most important thing if a child is not going to eat no matter what supplement to give is not going to help so that first question and if your child is not eating well then you start with an iron supplement because these all things could be due to deficiency of iron in the morning
